Thinking about where you hang your license
As a professional broker, Della opened Resource Realty in 2019 with a plan to pay agents more money, at a 90/10 split, with a full-time broker.
You start at a 90/10 split on your first deal. Once your 10% reaches $15,000, you keep 100% for the rest of your year. You also get one-on-one training.

Before you call
Do you handle commercial property, or only homes?
Both. Resource Realty works residential and commercial real estate out of the same office, so the brokers who handle houses also handle commercial property: multi-family, apartments, townhomes, gas stations, and warehouses.
What areas do you serve?
We work across Arkansas, including Northwest Arkansas, Little Rock, West Little Rock, North Little Rock, Sherwood, Cabot, Conway, Benton, Bryant, Haskell, Pine Bluff, and Hot Springs. Our broker is a member of the Little Rock, North Little Rock, and Hot Springs boards.
When can I reach somebody?
Our hours are 8:00 to 6:00, and the office number is 501-214-8888. Answering the phone is the thing our clients mention most, so if you call during office hours you should get a person rather than a voicemail box. The office line cannot take texts, so text Della at 501-400-2299.
How long has Resource Realty been around?
We opened in September 2019. Della Wallace, our owner and broker, has been a broker for 26 years and owned and ran brokerages before this one.
Can you work with me if I am buying for the first time?
Yes. We have specialized agents who have trained to work with first-time home buyers. They know the down payment assistance programs, so you may not need 20% down to buy a home.
I am a licensed agent. What is different about hanging my license with Resource Realty?

Do I have to come to the office?
No. Clients and agents can both work with us remotely, and we will meet you wherever is easiest. If you would rather come in, the office has two conference rooms and a front desk.
